Alright, I’m just getting around to doing a post on this video. Comments:
1. I really like this song, album, and video.
2. I am not a fan of Megan Fox.
3. I love Dominic Monaghan.
4. I secretly wish that Emilie de Ravin or Evangeline Lilly were casted instead of Megan Fox, but that’s the Lostie in me.
5. I could make 4857345 more Lost references, but I’ll stop.
6. Rihanna is fabulous and beautiful.
All in all, good video, and I think it [safely] pushed the boundaries, and did a wonderful job of it.

Ghost of a Good Thing — Dashboard Confessional
I won’t rant about how much I love this song, but I will say that I love my friend for bringing it up again.

Kaia is a friend of a friend, and I am very jealous of her talent.

All Time Low decided to cover ‘Alejandro’ by Lady Gaga
I think I really dig this cover.

This makes me laugh, while also kind of scaring me.
This kid has the words/mannerisms down to a T.

If you didn’t know, ‘Telephone’ was originally written for Britney Spears, but plans fell through so Lady Gaga recorded the song with Beyonce! Thank God she did because Britney’s version is, well, terrible.

Alright y’all! My good friend Kasey Eldred is auditioning for Glee, and it would be awesome if you gave him a gold star on his video!

The band is already getting so much crap (on the internet, of course) about this video.
I just got around to watching it, and I really liked what they did with it. It definitely isn’t something anyone was expecting from Mayday Parade, but I love that they took a risk with it, and succeeded.
I like that it’s not an “aww love is perfect, and friendship is always awesome” video. It’s relatable, which is what makes it interesting/good. I know a lot of people hate it for the drug use, sex, nudity, etc…, but who cares, really? There are much worse things going on in the world, let alone at your children’s high school. Give me a break. They are musicians, they are supposed to take risks, and I’m damn proud of them for taking this one.
Mayday Parade, congrats on making an awesome video.
