Find Chelsea

Hopefully posting this blog will bring more people together to find Chelsea.
Chelsea King went missing on February 25th in Rancho Bernardo, CA (San Diego), and is thought to have gone on a run.

For more information, click here.
If you could, please post the link above on your Twitter, Facebook, Myspace, blog, etc…

My thoughts are with Chelsea’s family and friends during this tough time. We’re all pulling for a safe return.

At the beginning of my freshman year at SU, we wrote letters to ourselves and they were sent to us toward the end of the year, and it was really cool to think back about how things were when we wrote them.

Instead of a letter, send an e-mail!

Alright.
I see the following totally rocking it:
Envy On The Coast, of course.

I see the following totally butchering it:
Never Shout Never. I mean SERIOUSLY? QUEEN?!

I’m willing to give everything else a shot, because you never know.
This all could be really bad, or pretty interesting.

Alice In Wonderland Boycott

Odeon, a British cinema, is refusing to show Tim Burton’s Alice In Wonderland once it releases on March 5th.
The reason is based on the release date of the DVD.

Supposedly the normal screen-to-DVD time is about 17 weeks, but Walt Disney Pictures is shortening this time frame to 12 weeks for Alice In Wonderland in Britain, Ireland, and Italy. The reason for the change is to try and deter piracy of the movie.

Just so you know, Odeon has about 110 theaters between Britain, Ireland, and Italy.
I know that it’s a big investment to set up the projection equipment to show 3-D movies, but I think boycotting the movie is a bit ridiculous. The 12-week showing window will probably only boost ticket sales because movie-goers have less time to go and see the movie, which will only benefit the theaters.
Plus, I don’t think the change will deter piracy. If people want something bad enough, they’ll find a way.

Freakin’ Awesome Covers Part 3

I think this is the only cover of The Audition that I actually like.
So hard to do Danny’s vocals justice.

I don’t even care that they’re a legit band. I saw them cover this song  live last year, and it was freakin’ fabulous.
